Lezel de Vos

Lezel has 10 years’ experience in the South African and New Zealand food industries. During her career, she has performed multiple roles (from food technologist to product and account manager) for industry leading companies, including McCormick, Symrise and Fonterra. She has a Bsc. Food Science (Hons) from the University of Pretoria.

Charlé has a marketing degree and has worked for DuPont Nutrition & Health for over 10 years and as such, is very knowledgeable in the overall product offering with specific technical knowledge in the culinary and oils & fats industries.
